As Director of Career and Technical Education (CTE) and of Lexington Technology Center, it is my belief that the best education is one where ALL students receive a combination of strong core academics infused with excellent CTE opportunities. When students are able to apply academic learning and concepts, valuable authentic learning opportunities happen. It is exciting for me and my staff to see these “aha” moments take place.
